Melt-in-your-Mouth Cheesy Potato Roll ❗️🔝
We've tried many potato rolls and most of them was a failure 🙈, those with sliced potato never came out as perfect as we saw in other recipes, or the meat wasn't as good as we expected, but this one turned out just PERFECT ! Super soft, cheesy potato roll that melts in your mouth. The meat inside is tender, juicy and full of flavour, that's exactly what we were looking for.
If you want to spoil your family with something quick and delicious than this is a perfect option to go for. We're sure they'll love it!
🥣 Ingredients:
For potato layer:
5 big potatoes
300g cheddar cheese
2 eggs
salt/pepper on taste
For meat mixture:
2 medium onions
1 carrot
4 small sweet peppers (or 2 medium)
2 cloves of garlic
500g minced beef
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cajun
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
black pepper on taste
1 cane of chopped tomatoes (400g)
200g of cheese on top before rolling
