This is not a normal Clone Hero chart. You are meant to play this on a gamepad with button mappings that mimic how Squid Beatz is played in Splatoon 2. I've included a readme file in the download link that explains how this is set-up.
In Squid Beatz, the face buttons and the d-pad are mapped to the pink notes, while the trigger buttons are mapped to the green notes, so there's room for some creativity there if you want to be consistent in hitting them, and often times take a while to get it just right. This conversion would (hopefully) aid in that regard.
The idea behind this is that if it's in Clone Hero, you are forced to play the chart in one specific way, and in turn forces you to quickly develop muscle memory needed to FC the actual chart in Squid Beatz.
This idea came about because I had to struggle orienting myself to the Squid Beatz format at first. Very often I would mentally "rotate" the chart so they'd be scrolling downwards in my mind, and I would always treat the green notes as my left hand, and pink notes as my right. It's a little frustrating, but I got it eventually. :p
Anywho, this is also kind of an experiment of sorts, let me know if you wanna see more Squid Beatz conversions like this! I might do every single song in the game if there's a demand for that.
