There is an extraordinary logic error in this mission. Ryder is also in the scene where CJ and Cesar meet. Throughout the mission, CJ didn't mention Ryder. We can assume this is due to the beta version. But Ryder is still a betrayer. And when CJ sees Ryder in the Photo oppurtunity mission, he's pretty angry and pretends to have just learned Ryder's is a betrayer. So I created alternatives for the scene.

And I set up a system that allows you to replace the gang members with the skin (ped) you want, with the honey that appears in the alternative scene. My favorite is the Introduction Ballas Skins. I did not prefer it much as the skin similar to Csgrove1 is assumed to be Kane. Skins are referred to as Csballas1 and csballas2. so you can replace them like in the video.
Now let me list what has been fixed.
Green Sabre (CJ meets with Cesar):
Cesar's eyes fixed
Balla gang member's facials fixed.
Big Smoke's pose and holding the lockup door fixed.
Mouth animations have been added to Tenpenny when he talk to Big Smoke.
Without Ryder Version;
Ryder and cigar removed from scene.
Cutscene camera has changed (the part where CJ was surprised was added. Also Mouth moving added to CJ.)
Other Alternatives;
I replaced Ryder with other characters I have listed above.
I positioned the cigar unobtrusively.
Because the animation was incompatible with other characters, I didn't touch it much.
Police Pistol holding fix when arrest CJ (optional).
Badlands Intro ('You got a bag over your head, boy'):
Headsack missing texture fixed (as xbox and mobile version).
Pee effect added to Hernandez.
Fixed the Pulaski not moving its mouth when he is talking in the last part of the cutscene.
Badlands Outro ('Smoke does exactly what he's told'):
Pulaski's position in the first frame has been corrected.
Handcuffs (from samp) added to CJ.
Pistol pulling position of Pulaski has been corrected.
Pulaski's holding the camera fixed.
Pulaski now shows the mountain as the position and angle of the scene has changed.
CJ's not mouth moving fixed when saying "man".

How to Install:
Green Sabre Cutscenes Fix:
Extract the "Green Sabre Cutscene Fix" folder in your ModLoader folder.
This folder already includes all optional .dff and .txd files installed.
It also includes an optional script to fix the scene of CJ and Sweet being arrested.
In the "(cuts.img)" folder there are files for "cuts.img".
Files for "cuts.img" are not loaded in the current version of ModLoader (v0.3.7)
So you need to manually install the files for this mod.
To do this, open your cuts.img (check if you already have one in ModLoader, or copy it from the "anims" folder to this mod's folder)
and import the files with an .img editor (such as Alci's IMG Editor or IMG Manager). And save / rebuild (Rebuild).
There are files: .ifp (animations), .dat (camera), .cut (which skins and objects will appear etc)
You are free to choose which folders to install.
For example, if you want the fixes for C.R.A.S.H., and without Ryder, install the "Badlands Cutscenes Fix" and "Green Sabre (CJ meets with Cesar)\Without Ryder" files on "cuts.img".
