update:
i notice there has been a patch,
when you add it to program settings you need to hover over a fivem logo (change filter to find it) and see if it has "fivem_gtasubprocess.exe" at the end.
this is a fix i found when looking how to fix the laggy and high drops, i would experience 50% drops from 180 to 90.
