Right-click on the "app" folder and select "New" - "Folder" from the context menu.
In the "New Folder" dialog box, choose "Assets Folder" as the folder type.
Click "Finish" to create the folder.
That's it! Your assets folder is now created, and you can add files to it by simply dragging and dropping them from your file system into the assets folder in Android Studio.
Remember, the assets folder is read-only, so make sure you only add files that your app needs at runtime.
