Did You Know This? 🤔
“How do I build a team?”
I used to ask myself this.
And I used to think if I had a team, all my music/business issues would be solved.
That was a lie.
You don’t need a team until you are making money.
Once you’re making money, you’ll know what you need help with.
And that’s what you hire people for.
You don’t need a manager.
You need an intern who you can help mold and guide about your business.
No one is going to save you in risk business.
You aren’t playing the lottery.
You have to work hard to get to the next spot.
You have to work hard to get a bigger paycheck.
And you gotta figure all of this out on your own.
That handout mentality ain’t going to help you with nothing.
Like @wakaflocka said, Distribution is digital now.
No reason your music shouldn’t be on all platforms.
Figure out how to do this on your own.
Or you don’t deserve to get paid.
