Funnily enough, this level actually has 3 individual secrets, but count is at 5.
One of the secrets is a triple-secret and at best, it's just a double-secret, but you it actually is just single secret for, what it's worth.
So, if you exited the lvl without aforementioned secret, but found 2 of the others, you'd have 40% secrets. Then found the last one to get the reward of it, would bring you to 100%.
