Trekking Altai on Markakol lake part 2
Very positive and interesting visit to the area of East Kazakhstan, we passed for the first time and it seems where we went the human foot and never stepped. Our route was to the Pavlodar – Bukhtarma reservoir – the village of Medvedka – pass without a name (we called it the Pavlodar) – river Potocna river Kurchum (here we pulled away, I caught grayling) – river Weed – pass without a name (we called it Markakol, with a magnificent view of the lake Markakol lake) – the old pass (leading to the Katon-Karagai) – Katon-Karagai.
