Creating Art: A Meditation Through Paint
like for me painting is the same thing as being or going into like a trance I don't have to explain myself to someone I'm just literally feeling out of my heart I'm feeling out of my fingertips you know there's like a magic to that with spray paint when I'm like shaking the paint and then I'm like it's it's like I mean look at it if you watch someone paint with spray paint it looks like there's a like fairy dust coming out of their hands it's just like and the and the way that you're moving this air and and and and uh changing the molecular structure of it's like magic it's and then the way that air and the way the speed that you move your hand and it the way it ends up sticking onto the wall that to me is meditation prayer therapy it's all those it's peace @davidchoe #davidchoe
