Paolo Rubin - Electronic Composition - Gravity [Final]
Final version of my composition for Gravity. I drew a lot of inspiration from Junkie XL who uses a lot of electronic music in his scores. I used a variety of techniques for this composition:
The drums are mostly door sounds reinforced by traditional drum sounds.
A mix of subtractive, FM, sampling, and granular synthesis was used for the instrumentals.
I also used recordings of the lunar landing in the ambient part, and wind coming through my dorm window.
I do not own any of the footage used in this video. I replaced the original audio with my own composition.
