In this video I show you a fail safe way to save your sticky notes. Although I do not show you how in this video, you can transfer your notes to any pc that has sticky notes.
Your notes are stored in following folder
Might be different locations:
Location 1
%LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState
If your notes are not there, look into
C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState
