Directly Query a Power BI Dataset Using Power Automate and Save it to Excel in SharePoint
In this video, I provide step by step guidance on how to directly query Power BI from Power Automate, put the data into an Excel file and save it in SharePoint. Since the data coming from Power BI is in a CSV format, the data must be converted to Excel. A step is added to make sure the column headers are in the right format. I also use Power BI's Performance Analyzer to grab the Power BI visual's DAX query to be used in Power Automate.
