Note: The arms warrior 2 set sim is likely less of a dps % gain than the value discussed. The wowhead P3 arms warrior bis has warriors running just shy of 100% ARP. Dropping 6% ARP through the 2 set bonus would mean a warrior would want to gem more heavily for ARP than the preset I simmed.
