Turning a $20 Ultrasonic Knife Module Into a Real Tool
I turned a $20 ultrasonic knife module into a clean, fully usable handheld tool with a custom 3D-printed enclosure.
In this video, I test the module, design the enclosure in Fusion 360, go through several failed prints, assemble everything, and test it on cardboard, PLA, PETG, and fiberglass sheet.
