Create a custom CALENDAR TABLE using POWER QUERY | Power BI Basics
The hardest thing with learning anything new is just starting. The idea behind the Power BI Basics series is purely for that, by using common excel tasks as examples so that barrier to learning something new is not quite so daunting.
In this video, I'll be covering how to create a basic calendar table in Power BI using power query, covering how to get a list of dates, year, quarter, month, week and day columns and setting up a sort column for month and year.
