Roblox 3D Mesh VFX Guide - Dissolve Effect
Hi All,
EDIT : If Anyone is having issues with custom textures try to remove the "Greater Than" node at the end this is clipping the base colour and textures etc this wont impact anything =)
EDIT2 : If you find that you are having issues with the animation timing please try to switch the "Value" node to use the "From Min" Instead and set the Map Range settings on the To Min to 0 and play with the value slider this will give you a better range to make your animations from 1 to -1 ish this should stop the animation from feeling like its starting slow and ending fast.
EDIT3 : Working on a precaching video to help preload all decals to help with performance and loading in ROBLOX to make this viable for games and VFX and to prevent any display or stuttering or loading / rendering problems.
EDIT4: Please make sure you run blender as Admin and change the file path to match your PC/Folder setup and please make sure the node name matches what is in the script and this should let you run the blender script to bake out all images in bulk this should save a lot of time =)
