The entire repair and inspection process was as follows:
Plugging in and turning on the computer, nothing happened. Checking the power input and the on/off switch was fine. The display showed 0.07V, indicating it couldn't be charged. Removing the battery and powering it directly didn't work either. Concluding the motherboard was broken. The technician checked the motherboard and saw a short circuit, which was causing the meter to trip. It might be a capacitor or a shorted transistor. After checking myself, technician found the capacitor was burned out. Simply removing it fixed it. It was that simple. Reinstalling the computer successfully turned it on and everything worked.
