Ingredients used in the recipe are:
1)Oil 1 cup
2) Chopped Onion 2
Fry until turns golden
3) Chopped tomato 2
4) Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbs
5) salt to taste
6) zeera 1/2 tsp
7) pepper 1/2 tsp
8) all spice (garam masala) 1/2 tsp
9)coriander powder 1 tbs
10) chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
11) turmeric 1/2 tsp
12) water 1/2 cup
13) Beef 1/2 kg (Boiled & Shredded)
14) boiled green gram 1 cup
15) Rice 1/2 kg
16) beef stock (yakhni) 8-10 glasses
cove r& cook for 30-40 mins
mash it
17)chat masala 1 tbs
