Installing the motherboard is the first component usually to be installed into the case. The most important thing to remember when installing the
motherboard is to put the standoffs on! Beginners often forget to add the standoffs. The standoffs are used to raise the MOBO above the case so that
the soldered parts do not contact the case and to provide a ground for the MOBO and the case. VERY IMPORTANT.
So a few things to remember when installing the mobo,
Make sure your motherboard will fit in the case you bought. You can check the "Form factor" for this. EX: ATX, Micro ATX etc...
Before you even think about installing the mobo, add the standoffs to the case
Make sure you install the I/O shield in the correct orientation.
Alright...installing the motherboard besides that is pretty straight forward. Just remember to screw the motherboard in when finished fitting it into
the case...or else guess what? The motherboard will fall off for not being mounted. **Screws should come with the case or motherboard. These screws go
into the standoffs after the mobo has been placed.
