Cathie woods ARK invest filed with the SEC for the launch of the ARK venture fund. ARK venture fund plans to invest in private companies. ARK venture fund is focused on long-term investment in innovation. Therefore, ARK venture fund will have ways to prevent investors from trading frequently in and out of the fund. Some challenges of the ARK venture fund include the ability to understand the funds investments since private companies won’t have publicly available financials.
