Potato rings with onion and garlic
Ingredients:
450 g potatoes (3 medium)
1 head of garlic
1 tsp salt (incomplete)
40 gr flour
100 ml of water
40 g of corn starch
50 g green onion
Preparation:
Boil potatoes, mash in mashed potatoes.
Fry the garlic passed through the press in butter, then add flour and fry, pour water, collect the dough with a spatula.
We add it to the potatoes, and then all the other ingredients.
Roll out the dough into a layer ~ 1 cm thick, cut out rings and fry on both sides in vegetable oil until browned.
