✅ Artisan Square Sink FAQ
1. Can I pay by credit card?
Both bank transfer and credit card are accepted.
For credit card payments, the remaining amount, excluding the installation (labor) fee of 150,000 won, can be paid by credit card. The installation fee must be paid by bank transfer.
2. Can the sink be expanded?
While it can be replaced with a larger sink, it can be installed with a sink that fits the size of the lower cabinet. Please measure the width of the lower cabinet where the installation will be.
3. Can I use a food waste disposer?
Most food waste disposers are compatible,
but the installation model may vary depending on the location of the drain/dispenser.
Please send photos of your sink/lower cabinet to the Artisan Sink KakaoTalk channel for more accurate advice.
We will remove the sink free of charge during installation, and reinstallation can be arranged through the relevant company.
4. When can installation be scheduled?
We will contact you within one week after the end of the promotional period.
You can discuss the schedule during the call. Please understand that due to high order volume, construction may be delayed.
5. Does construction take a long time?
Construction takes approximately 1-2 hours.
