Salt: 2g or 1 tsp
Pistachio paste: 45g or 2 tablespoons
Egg whites: 167g or 2/3 cup
Brown butter: 113g or 1 stick

Pistachio Cream:
Heavy cream: 180g or 3/4 cup
Pistachio paste: 23g or 1 tablespoon

Pistachio Glaze:
White chocolate: 200g or 1 1/4 cups
Coconut oil: 100g or 1/2 cup
Pistachio paste: 23g or 1 tablespoon
Toasted ground pistachio: 50g or 1/4 cup
Green food coloring: 4-6 drops
