If you’re lathering up shave soap, then you should checkout the Savanna Scuttle from @NakedArmor . I was pouring hot water into a coffee cup and setting my metal lather bowl in that cup to keep my shave soap warm.
This Scuttle has a chamber that I pour about 20oz of coffee pot hot water in. I found it keeps my shave soap hot/warm for about 20 minutes while I shave. It really has improved my shave experience.
