Yes it's railing, because the Rorsch MK-4 railgun :) It just raises more questions when the High Power Capacitor for the Rorsch can't damage armor or tanks but the Stream and Burst Capacitors can. Why? It's not like you can change the magazine or ammo type for the gun it only has the one Armor Piercing ammo type to choose from. As far as I know Armor Piercing ammo for all other weapons in Battlefield 2042 still damages tanks or armored vehicles so I don't know why that specific attachment no longer functions as it originally did.
