Garmin Vivoactive 4 / Venu- How To Download Spotify Playlists
In this video, I'll show you how to download spotify app onto your Garmin Vivoactive 4 and using wifi (covered in a previous video) download a playlist so that you can listen to the music from the device via bluetooth headphones (covered in a previous video).
1. Have your Vivoactive 4 / Venu setup to a wifi network
2. Using Garmin Connect, go to MORE | GARMIN DEVICES | MUSIC and either install or download from the Connect IQ store Spotify. Allow the device to sync so that the app installs itself to the device.
3. From the Vivoactive 4 / Venu press and hold the BACK button and navigate to GEAR | MUSIC | MUSIC PROVIDERS | Spotify. You will be prompted to login to your Spotify account via Garmin Connect
4. Returning to Garmin Connect, you will see a prompt to sign into Spotify.
Once done the device will display a prompt indicating that it is ready, tap the screen and scroll around your Spotify playlists. Select a playlist to download. This might take several minutes and will drain your batteries faster.
