In this shorts version, we look at an amazing example of the principle of Resolve. Ernest Shackleton's Endurance voyage to Antartica met with disaster. Lesser leaders would have seen their crew perish. However, Shackleton's resolve led him and his crew through years of struggles on floating ice, through long stays on remote, frozen islands, navigating frigid waters and massive storms on tiny life boats, and more. Ultimately, Shackleton was able to rescue his entire crew nearly 2 years after they set sail.
