The assembly process took about 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Directions for the steps would speed things up a good bit and better instructions for the pool would have helped time as well. The directions and I use that term very loosely said with 2-3 people 20 min assembly time. The time frame for me did not include site prep it was only the actual pool assembly. Thanks for watching :)
