How to Troubleshoot Your Google Pixel Buds Pro
We hope you never run into issues with your Google Pixel Buds Pro, but in the event you do, we’re here to help you get back to an immersive audio experience as soon as possible. Here are some troubleshooting tips:
✅ Make sure your earbuds are charged, BluetoothⓇ s on and your phone is nearby¹
🔌 Restart the device you are trying to pair with and try pairing again
📱 For Pixel and other Android 6.0 or newer phones, open the charging case and look for the fast pair notification on your phone
⚪️For other bluetooth-enabled devices, press and hold the pairing button on the charging case until the status light pulses white²
⚡️ Go to BluetoothⓇ settings and tap “Pixel Buds Pro” to connect
👉🏿 If you still can’t connect, you can try resetting your Pixel Buds in the charging case
⏱ Plug your case into a power source with a USB-CⓇ cable.² Open the case and hold the pairing button for about 30 seconds
👀 When the status light stops blinking white, let go of the pairing button
💡 The light should blink orange and white until the reset is complete, and then pulse white to let you know the rest is complete
