Resident Evil 4, a remake of the 2005 game of the same name follows Capcom's trend of remakes of the mainline entries of the Resident Evil franchise starting with 2019's Resident Evil 2. The game retains the same premise and characters with most of the content from the original having been rebuilt from the ground up to modern standards. Adding further content with new enemies and gameplay mechanics with a smooth graphical presentation and updates in dialogue and tone has given Resident Evil 4 the modernized reimagining it truly deserves.
