normalize audio in Premiere Pro

Normalizing audio across the edit.
As we all know there are 100's of ways to do the same thing in both Photoshop and Premiere. This is the way I do it. I am sure there are many other ways to do it. As I tell my students, do what works best for you.
Part of the tutorial the pop up screen does not work in the video program I am using to do the tutorial. If you follow the verbal instructions you should be able to get to where you need to be.
