VAN9003 - Valorant Keeps Crashing On Windows 11 FIX. Get the game past the VAN9003 error and back to the main menu. The VAN9003 error appears because Riot's Vanguard anti-cheat now requires Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 to be enabled before it will let Valorant run. This usually means your PC is still booting in Legacy BIOS mode, or fTPM is switched off in firmware, both common on older or self-built Windows 11 and 10 systems. Turning on UEFI boot, Secure Boot, and TPM 2.0 in BIOS clears the check, and Valorant loads straight to the main menu with no error.
