Scheduled Automatic Data Backups (Mac mini Server & Carbon Copy Cloner)
A little while ago, I deployed Trenzalore, my new backup server. Toward the end of the video covering that beast, I touched on my secondary backup setup. Today, I delve a little deeper into the configuration of my secondary backups, involving a Mac, a copy of Carbon Copy Cloner and a very simple external hard drive.
As I say in the video, this isn't the most advanced or secure method in the world, but it's extremely convenient and fits home use very well.
