We're leaving India - just moved into our new home in Mumbai and now it's time to go!
So we're leaving India and moving back to Finland for the time being. After spending 4 years in Kerala, we had moved to Mumbai in January. Since we didn't have a house immediately to move into, Annika and I had to shift to Jaipur with my in-laws for a short while and only returned to Mumbai in February when we did get a new house there. As we slowly settled into our new home I was up for a rude awakening: life wasn't quite what i expected from a big metro city and the change from our slow life in the middle of nature was extremely challenging both mentally and physically. Well, we did have some great memories in this house too with Annika's birthday celebrations, our first family Holi and Annika starting nursery school, but honestly I was just really counting days until we got to Finland.
Anyway, this video is about our new house in Mumbai, Annika's growing up and us finally packing to leave for Finland for an extended period. I hope you enjoy our journey :)
