#MixTipMonday Try adding a tiny blip of white noise to the top of your dance kicks. It can give a nice extra attack and a bit of crunch that helps you feel the kick even when everything else is going full force. I like to set up a signal generator on an aux and trigger a gate with the kick to make the initial sound. I like the bit of character you get to the attack side of the sound with the gate. I then print this to audio, chop it up and copy it to each kick hit. This should add just enough extra pop to the kick to help it stand out on all systems.
