It's a shame to see a knight and archer skill rune that are practically pointless but we already have so many fire skills they're getting pointless.
The wizard one is the same or weaker than Guardian Light in PvE but in PvP is great for tackling archers. It depends a lot on how much you have the skill levelled... if you have it beyond 10/99 then this skill rune will be a lot stronger as the bubble is not easy to destroy quickly.
