Today's episode is dedicated to the patrol system in CS2, which seems to be raising increasing questions among the community. We've all grown accustomed to the patrol system being our primary tool in the fight against cheaters, but it seems to have been seriously malfunctioning lately. In this video, I'll share some recent examples of how cheats are becoming almost undetectable, and the results. I'll also show how two players with the same nicknames tried to confuse the system, but the patrol seemed to detect something... or didn't?
As we know, CS2 is a game where a lot depends on reaction and skill. But what should you do when you encounter outright cheaters who use all sorts of tools to gain an advantage? One of the main questions is why the patrol system doesn't respond to obvious cases of wallhack or aimbot use? I just found some demos where everything is obvious, but for some reason, no sanctions were issued. We'll analyze several rounds where cheats were visible to the naked eye, but the patrol system failed to effectively punish the culprits. This greatly undermines trust in the anti-cheat and the patrol system overall.
Let's watch! In the video, we'll discuss the following:
How cheaters use identical nicknames to confuse the patrol – a funny but unpleasant case where two players with the same nicknames hosted their own "cheating party," hoping the patrol wouldn't notice. This is just one example of how people try to manipulate the system.
Obvious issues with WH and how the patrol system misses them – using one player as an example, I'll show how he uses wallhack to pinpoint enemy locations, but does it so carefully that it seems as if he "accidentally" ended up in the right spot. How is it possible that a player with such behavior hasn't yet received a ban?
Players with cheats who hide their skills are perhaps the most annoying type of cheater: those who don't use cheats constantly, but only at key moments. We'll look at how such players gain an unfair advantage without raising serious suspicions in the system. Indeed, even the Overwatch isn't always able to catch such masters of disguise.
How the Ranked System Is Being Rendered Meaningless by Cheaters – Previously, rank in CS2 was a kind of indicator of skill. Now, with cheaters at almost every turn, climbing the ranks honestly is becoming increasingly difficult. I'll show how some players, using cheats, quickly advance through levels without facing real consequences.
What's Happening with the Anti-Cheat in CS2? – Many players, including myself, are wondering why the CS2 anti-cheat system, whether VAC or Overwatch, can't handle the influx of cheaters. We'll discuss the possible causes of these glitches, as well as how this could impact the future of the game.
So, let's get started! We'll watch demos, analyze moments, and together try to understand what's going on with the Patrol system and how to combat cheaters in CS2. You'll see the most ridiculous moments when the Patrol simply ignores obvious cheats, and how this affects fair play. Where do these guys get these cheats from, and why haven't they been banned yet? There are many questions, but few answers yet. Perhaps it's time for Valve to rethink its Patrol system or add additional mechanisms that can effectively combat such violations.
What do you think about this? Leave your comments below the video and share your experiences playing CS2. Have you encountered situations where the Patrol "turned a blind eye" to obvious violations? And what do you think can be done to improve the situation?

Let me know what else you'd like to see in future videos. Are you interested in the topic of cheaters and patrols in other games? Maybe we should host a stream where we can go over demos together and decide whether a player deserves a ban or not?
