Virtual machines (VMs) provide a platform where you can install and run different operating systems as if they were running on separate physical computers.

Steps to configure your virtual network:
1. For Windows 10/11 Users:
Click on the Start button.
Type "Turn Windows Features on or off" and press Enter.
A Windows Features window will display.
In the Windows Features window, check the box for "Virtual Machine Platform" and uncheck "Windows Hypervisor Platform".
Click OK
2. For Windows 11 Users:
Click Start and type "core isolation".
Open the Core Isolation app.
Set Memory Integrity to "off".
3. Additional Steps for Windows 10/11 Users:
Click Start, type "cmd".
Right-click the Command Prompt app and choose "Run as Administrator".
Confirm by clicking yes.
Enter the command: bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
Enter the command: DISM /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V (Ignore any error generated).
Enter the command:shutdown -s -t 2.
Wait for 30 seconds, then turn your computer back on.

1. Download VirtualBox:

Click “Finish” to close the wizard
7. Launch VirtualBox:
VirtualBox will either launch automatically or can be found in your Start Menu or desktop if you chose to create shortcuts.
8. Update VirtualBox Extensions:
After launching VirtualBox, consider installing the VirtualBox Extension Pack for additional features and support.
