Project Structure:
The project will consist of a single Dart file (main.dart) that contains the entire app logic

The app will use the StatefulWidget widget to create a stateful widget that can update the counter value
The app will use the ElevatedButton widget to create two buttons for incrementing and resetting the counter
Development Process:
