Damaged photo HACK⭐️
⭐️Rubbing Alcohol⭐️
If you have pictures that have mud/debris stuck to them a little rubbing alcohol can do the trick. This photo was submerged in flood water then it dried and stuck to the album it was in leaving this white crud on it. I first soaked it in clean water for five minutes. Sometimes that alone will do the trick, but this one still needed some gentle cleaning so I used a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol to very gently remove that stubborn gunk. I was able to get most removed leaving just a little problem area but that will be an easy fix in @photoshop
