PLANT BASED HIKING FOOD ~ what we take for a day & a hike in the TROSSACHS
We are in the Trossachs National Park for a sunny walk in this video and I thought I'd briefly go over what we take for our hiking food while we were getting ready in the morning . We eat mostly plant based so all these recommendations are meat and dairy free.
