Generation trim. All components (handles, mirrors, moldings) are body-colored. A three-spoke steering wheel, blue inserts, seats with lettering and pronounced lateral support.
The engine is the original 1.4. It has sufficient dynamics in the city, and passing on the highway is no problem.
The body is in its original paint, except for three painted elements (cosmetics), namely the rear fenders and the rear left door. I can provide a paint thickness gauge for inspection. There were some imperfections on the front arches inside and outside, which I cleaned up and touched up with clear coat. I also covered all the chips.
All the glass is original, from '99. There are two cracks on the windshield. Personally, they don't interfere with driving.
Hella headlights.
Winter and summer tires. R15, on alloy wheels. Summer Toyo, winter Goodyear.
Two sets of keys. Alarm with two-way communication.
Oil change every 6-8,000 km. We used Mobil, but after replacing the oil pump, we decided to use Kicx, a synthetic.
All fluids are normal, and nothing is leaking.
The music is standard, played through the speakers and the tweeter in the front doors. It plays well for a stock car. Pioneer MVH-180UI stereo, USB/MP3/iPod/Android.
Recently replaced: timing belt, tensioner, tensioner pulley, oil pump, oil pump gasket, filter, oil itself, NGK spark plugs, and fuel filter.
A year ago, the cabin filter was replaced. A new SACHS clutch, piston rod, release bearing, and finally, a speed sensor were installed. The rear brake pads, rear front control arm bushings, front ball joints, stabilizer links, and stabilizer bushings were replaced.
The fuel pump and oil pressure sensor were replaced in January.
A new Varta battery was purchased in February. We had the wheel bearing replaced this summer, and they installed an SKF one.
A little later, the transmission broke, and we had to replace it. It's a used transmission; it was replaced this summer. Along with it, of course, were the oil and release bearing.
I can give you the old one. It leaked oil and cracked the housing. If you're interested, you can weld the housing back together and rebuild it.
The suspension is fine, but the rear shocks need replacing, as does the right rear caliper (it works, but it's rusty), and, ideally, the crossmember (it's a bit crooked on the right side, which is why it eats up summer tires, but not winter ones). A Chinese crossmember costs 8,000 rubles to order; a junkyard version is about the same.
Another downside: the right side of the sill, where the power steering is, was dented a long time ago, and the sill is rotted. A replacement sill would be a good idea.
Other than that, the bottom is perfect. There's a dent in the trunk lid and a crack in the rear bumper. The previous owner had a minor accident. I have photos.
I also need to figure out the driver's window regulator (it started acting up in September. I need to remove the trim and check it) and the heater. It works fine, but it doesn't switch from hot to cold. There's a little thing in the passenger footwell that falls out on many people, and mine did too, and now no matter how I reinsert it, I can't get it back in the right position to adjust it.
The air conditioning is working. It may need a recharge.
