The Soviet Union was found in 1922. It was the largest socialist state on the planet. After World War Two the USSR had even become a superpower – next to the USA. In 1991 the Soviet Union disintegrated: The former military power abandoned plenty of army bases in Eastern Europe. During our urban explorations we came across some of these former Soviet facilities. In this cinematic compilation we’re showing the highlights of our previous discoveries. Broken Window Theory is planning to see more of these abandoned Soviet areas, so maybe there will be a second compilation in the future. Enjoy!
