A lot easier than it looks, although 99% of the difficulty is in the ship and wave parts. You just gotta learn the right click pattern for the ships, be naturally good at wave, and voilà, a nice easy extreme for you to do. I'm not even sure this is an extreme, though people say it's harder than Forbidden Isle so maybe my wave skills are just too based.
