I work full time for the 501c3 nonprofit I started many years ago and recruiting great nonprofit board members was a key part of making the organization a success. But after you recruit board members, you’ve got to keep them active and engaged! When board of directors members resign early, it can cause hiccups in your nonprofit organization’s progress and forward momentum. Sometimes, there are things you can do to help keep board members around for their full board term.
In this video, I talk through 6 possible reasons your nonprofit board of directors may be resigning early, and what you can do about it.
