Indie Impressions - Woodle Tree Adventures
Today we're going to have a look at Woodle Tree Adventures by Chubby Pixel, a cute 3D platformer with a pleasant art style. Playing this game reminded me how few 3D platformers in the style of Mario 64 or Banjo Kazooie seem to exist in the PC space. I fear however, I may have had my expectations a bit high when I started this one because there are a number of issues ranging from some pretty bad camera framing to some control and graphical issues/omissions. Despite the problems though, there is a good framework here and hopefully these issues can be addressed in the future with patches.
