I manage to capture shadow six during the last hunger scene through a tested method usually you won't see dark six in the regular hunger scene but there is a way to trigger this particular eating scene in the video which depict the mysterious character menacingly standing there while six does her thing. This is the true form of the mysterious figure that briefly appears whenever six is hungry.
