React Native is developed by Facebook. So you can be sure that it has stable functionalities.
More and more small to large companies are using this technology to build their mobile apps faster and better.
One alternative to React Native is Flutter. In Flutter you can write the code only once as well. And then can use it on both Android and IOS.
