Of course, I uploaded this in 239.76fps. Though YouTube doesn't support more than 60fps, it did retroactively change videos uploaded before the framerate ceiling was raised above 30. Many examples can be found here:

How this video was made:
Downloaded the MKV files of Animusic HD from The Internet Archive
Put through AVISynth+ with QTGMC (no upscaling)
Saved to Apple ProRes format (Standard quality 8) at 239.76fps (with audio sped up separately in Audacity)
