Portmarnock Beach
Known as the Velvet Strand thanks to its silky smooth sand, Portmarnock Beach is a lovely beach, with many dunes, located north of Howth, 15km from city centre.
Howth
Howth is a charming Irish village, east of central Dublin, with a picturesque harbour, beautiful beaches, and wildflower-covered sea cliffs.
Blackrock Park
Blackrock Park is a pleasant green area overlooking Dublin Bay, and boasts a well equipped children's playground, cycle path, sports area, exercise area, picnic area, gardens and trees, including a bee and butterfly garden.
